So I’ve decided to join the local jogging group in my town and I am terrified. They go out every Monday and Wednesday but being as big as I am, I am genuinely terrified to join. I don’t want to be the one at the back that everyone will be thinking what is she doing here. I know that everyone starts somewhere and that I shouldn’t think like this but, unfortunately, it is the way my mind works. But rather than dwell on the fact that I may possibly be the biggest person in the group, I am still determined to go.
So I thought I would start this and then keep you updated with my progress, see if this is going to help me with my weightloss journey.
Short but sweet today and I will check back in with week 1 day 1 progress later.
